How to Get Ranked in Google Fast, Using Stream Video?

Ranking in Google has been always a never ending crusade for most internet marketers.  Simply if you're not ranked especially in the "Top 10" your site is like a store in the middle of a deserted island.  Another example is when you have a store sorrounded by other Mega Stores like yours but your store is located way way back in the far alley.

The Mega stores are right there in the forefront of the buzzling human traffic who are possible buyers of your products.  And since your down deep and far you won't even have a chance of glimpse from those buyers. Thats how you could compare your site if you're not ranked.

There's a phenomenon going on right now in the internet marketing world.  It's already in the hundreds of combined seasoned and newbie site owners are getting ranked in Google's Top 10.   Hours within their first posting, their site are in Google, indexed and in the first page!

This ranking issue might not make any sense to you if you're not an internet marketing savvy.  But for those of you who are, you know what it means.

The 30-Day Challenge started in the beginning of August 2007 and it's currently on day 17.  This challenge  capitalized the power of video's and blogging to include Web 2.0 in achieving this "unbelievable happening" to these folks in the challenge.

And speaking of videos, check out Ed Dale's amazement with this awesome progress.  Even himself can't believed that it's happening so fast.  Enjoy the video!

How To Save Streaming Video?

So How Many Ways You Could Save Streaming Video?

Saving streaming video could be synonymous to dowloading or even capturing streaming video.  In fact, these process have couple of ways to do it.  The good news is that most of them are easy to do.  It could be daunting or even too intimidating sometime especially for the newbies when it comes to hosting your own streaming video in your own blog or site.

You could save streaming video from your own computer.  What you do first is create your own video and then post it over the net.  You could either upload it to your own server or upload it to video sharing sites like YouTube, FreeIQ or Revver…etc  The advantage of uploading your streaming video to common video sites is you could save a bundle of space.  Streaming videos take a lot of space and bandwidth as well.

Save Your Own Streaming Video -  you need to create your own video first.  First thing you need to ask yourself is what type of video do you have? If it's a video recorded from a camcorder or a webcam and  if you're all satisfied with your production, then just upload your file to your site.

If the video you made is like a computer presentation you need a software to capture that presentation and convert it to a video file.   For the video tutorial on how to do this and get a FREE video capture software, click here.

Saving Streaming Video from Video Hosting Sites -  you will need a video downloader if you want to save streaming videos that are posted in video sites like YouTube, Google Video, FreeIQ, Revver, etc.   Go to  "How Save Streaming Video from YouTube..etc." to watch the step-by-step video tutorial.

There are two FREE software that you could use to save streaming video from video sharing sites:

  1. Video Downloader from Google - this software allows you to save streaming videos from most video sharing sites .   Go to the "Lists of Best Video Sharing Sites" for more video sharing sites available over the net.  The main hangup with this software is the site sometime is not realiable enough when it's getting massive traffic.  The saved videos will be in FLV format.  You have to know how to convert it to other formats if you prefer other video format.
  2. YouTube Downloader -  this software only allows to save streaming videos from YouTube.  Since YouTube dominates the majority of all video sharing sites, most of the videos you would like to save or download will probably be from YouTube.  This downloader also gives you the flexibility to chose between AVI or MPEG 4 format of the video you want to save.  There's a section in this tutorial (at the bottom of the video) on how to get the FREE YouTube Downloader.

Finding YouTube Alternatives for Larger File Upload and Earn Income

If you have uploaded a couple video files to YouTube, you should be well aware that the maximum file size you could upload is only 100MB.  Even though YouTube set the benchmark for the most popular video sharing sites it has its own shortfall.  If you are internet marketer that use videos to promote your product or your site, you might probably have some video that are longer than 10 minutes or larger than 100 MB.  And this is where it gets frustrating because when you're running an online marketing.  File limitations just plain sucks!

So far there are two video sharing sites that are still accepting video uploads larger than 100 MB.  And in the internet world things could change quickly, maybe sometime later on they will start limiting files uploads also.  There are probably more video sites out there accepting bigger file uploads, but check back here once in awhile because you will get the update here.

1.  Google Video - it accepts video format of AVI, MPEG, Quicktime, Real, and Windows Media.  You will need to use and download their Google Uploader.   Before uploading your video to Google, they recommend that you encode your video files using mpeg-2 or mpeg-4 codecs with mp3 audio.  It could even accept videos longer than 1 hour long playback.

YouTube and Google Video have merged but don't get misled that you could also upload bigger file in YouTube.  The 100MB limit applies only to YouTube.

2.  FreeIQ -  this YouTube alternative site really separate from it from the rest of the video sharing sites that ever existed.  When it comes to uploading video file limits...NO LIMITS!  Huh?  Too good to be true but it goes beyond any internet marketer's expectation on what FreeIQ would do for service.

You have a file more that's larger than 100MB, no problem just upload it via FTP.  You could upload just about any video format of your choice.  And this could be just about any theme whether it's Instructional videos/DVD, videotaped seminars/meetings, marketing program preview/teasers, personal videos, etc.

Let's say that you have a DVD and you don't know how to extract the content, simple…mail the DVD to FreeIQ and they will extract and post your video for your, FREE!

Once you have realized that there are YouTube alternatives, you could say and be ready to "Kiss YouTube Goodbye".     Enjoy the video.

Confused, Here are Camcorder Buying Tips

Buying your first camcorder could be just daunting and challenging itself.  There are hundreds of brands and models out there making it more confusing on what camcorder you really "need".  Just because you are searching for a low cost camcorder, doesn't mean that you found the best deal. Here are camcorder buying tips to help you find the best possible camcorder and get a great deal at the same time.

1.  If you don't use your camcorder what good does it make -  How many folks spent high dollars after getting hyped after seeing what this camcorder can do for them.   Just like any other item or gizmos you bought before, don't just get your video camera stuck in the closet, use them.  You may catch some of those unexpected moments in your own camcorder.  You post it in your site and who knows that you could be the next YouTube celebrity.

2. Camcorders are not created equal - With the huge varieties of styles and brands of camcorders that are available out there, most of them will probably suit your need.   But of course your budget and your primary use of the camcorder will dictate most of your buying decision.  Don't just buy any old or cheap camcorder, research and understand the models.  Do your homework.

3. Be wary of real cheap deals, if it's too good to be true, it probably is -  always bear in mind that retailers always intend to make a profit on whatever they sell, including camcorders.  If you find a price that is drastically lower than most of the competition, it is possible that unit could be going out of production, refurbished / reconditioned item or even some accessories are missing.   Make sure you compare apples to apples.

4. Consider getting a warranty, case and tripod -  Everyone hates being pitched by the salesperson when it comes to offer of the warranty.  But getting a warranty avoids most of the hassles when the gadget you bought just broke.  A case for your camcorder is important because it will provide protection for your camera both from environmental and physical damage.  And you will only realize how important having a tripod when you and the rest of your viewer complained after watching a shaky video.

5. Pay attention to minimum light performance because it matters a lot -  Human perception of low lighting is completely different from video camera's interpretation.  A typical scenario is shooting an indoor event which is acceptable lighting standard for the human eyes.  But how many times you watched home made videos indoor where the video capture is just terribly dark.  Make sure you consider low light features when you make your buying decision.

6.  Don't get misled with the megapixels hoopla
-  You will notice when you even do your window shopping for camcorders that it's all about megapixels here there and everywhere.  Megapixel is basically just the size of the window of your video when you watch but the quality is completely a different feature.  The higher the megapixel the bigger the size of the video. If you want video quality,
look for "CCD" which simply all about the size of the chip inside the video camera.  If you could find a camera with a higher CCD (3 is the highest so far), that's what gives you the best video quality.

7.  Don't combine camera and video camera (hybrid camera) into one
-  Convenience is your only advantage of having your static camera and video camera into one unit.  Yes, there are some pricey hybrid video camera out there that delivers good quality picture and video qualities, but get ready digging deeper into your pocket.  You are better off getting a separate video and picture camera in saving money without sacrificing better quality.

8.  Know where and when you are going to use your video camera
-  It would be better if you could write down all the possibilities of when and where you are going to do your video shots.  This will help you decide the best feature of the camcorder you need if you need to pay more attention to size, low light feature, ruggedness…etc.

9. Ignore the digital zoom gimmick and other worthless feature -  You have to realize that whatever you see or read in most of these video camera feature advertisement are designed to mostly inflate them.  A good example is the built-in camera light where a penlight ray is probably better.  This light is almost negligible in improving your video quality.  Another over inflated number for video camera just like the megapixel is the digital zoom which get advertise in the 100's like 700x digital zooms.  The problem with digital zoom is it distorts the picture.  And you better have a tripod because the more you zoom,  a tiny movement on your camera will magnify to a shaky video.

10. Test drive it -  you probably have made a decision on a particular camcorder by doing your research on line.  But you're probably still wondering on how comfortable it would feel on your hand and stable it would hold when you do your own video capture session.  Even if you're planning to buy online, try to into a store and test and play the models you like to buy.  Just like buying a care - Test Drive It!

What is MySpace and YouTube

So what is MySpace and YouTube really all about?  First, here are the common things about MySpace and YouTube;

  1. Both of them are Web 2.0 sites.  A Web 2.0 site is a website that allows interaction between the website owner and the surfer.  Gone are the days when websites are just meant only to be read by the surfer.  Web 2.0 makes it interactive now for the websurfer.
  2. MySpace and YouTube allow video posting just like here in thevideowebsitewizard.com.
  3. Both are "Free" sites.  And you could open an unlimited account for each site.
  4. Both have an explosive growth within the last two years.

What is MySpace -  is a popular social networking website offering an interactive, user-submitted network of friends, personal profiles, blogs, groups, photos, music and videos internationally.  Basically, it's a site just about everything in growing anyone's networking circle that's complete on what's needed in a Web 2.0 type of site.

MySpace just started a way for bands and musician to expand and share their music to fellow band in the most economical and efficient medium.  And there are some musicians who have gotten massive exposure and publicity through MySpace.  Next, high schoolers started using it tremendously as well.  As of July 2007, it has more than 188 million user.

Now people from every walk of life use MySpace to get through their intended audience and readers.

What is YouTube -  it's video sharing site.  Simply put it's a website where users can upload, view, and share video clips… it's all about videos.  But YouTube have achieved a monumental growth surpassing even MySpace that prompted Google buying it for $1.6 Billion last  October 2006.

There are countless of ordinary individuals who have achieved fame and even making it to be a celebrity level through YouTube.   Here are some of them who have done it and made it big! By the way, special talent is not required,

  1. Numa Numa Guy
  2. Ask a Ninja
  3. Brooker
  4. Chinese Backstreet Boys
  5. Free Hugs
  6. Evolution of Dance - Most Viewed!

These are just some of the few YouTube postings that have gained unrealistic popularity and still growing.  And most of all, the world is their fan.

It's also possible to combine both MySpace and YouTube service.  Through MySpace broad features, you could also post YouTube videos into MySpace profiles to further enhance your MySpace site.
